We may use AI-assisted documentation tools to assist clinicians in generating clinical notes during or after patient encounters. These tools:
Operate within HIPAA-compliant environments
Do not independently make medical decisions
Are reviewed and verified by licensed healthcare providers
Are used solely to enhance documentation efficiency and accuracy All final medical decisions are made exclusively by licensed clinicians.
6. Data Security and Safeguards
A1 Renew implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with HIPAA Security Rule requirements, including:

4. Telemedicine Services
As a telemedicine provider, we may use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms to deliver care. Telehealth sessions may involve:

Electronic exchange of medical information All telehealth systems are encrypted and HIPAA-compliant.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
5. AI-Assisted Documentation
We may use HIPAA-compliant AI-assisted tools to support clinical documentation.
These tools:
Operate within secure, encrypted systems
Do not independently diagnose or treat
Are reviewed and verified by licensed providers
Are used solely to improve documentation accuracy and efficiency Final medical decisions are always made by a licensed clinician.
6. As Required by Law

Public health reporting requirements
Law enforcement requests (when legally valid)
7. Public Health and Safety
We may disclose PHI:
To report communicable diseases
To prevent or lessen a serious threat to health or safety

You may request restrictions on how we use or disclose your PHI. We are not required to agree to all requested restrictions, except when required by law.

You may request that we contact you in a specific way (e.g., different phone number or email). We will accommodate reasonable requests.
5. Right to an Accounting of Disclosures
You may request a list of certain disclosures made outside of treatment, payment and operations

Mobile Terms
Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP”. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at {support email address or toll-free number}.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
