• Omniwave Shockwave Therapy
• Medically Supervised Weight-loss Program
• Point of Care Lab Analysis All services are:
• Cash-pay only
• Not billed to insurance
• Provided at the discretion of licensed medical professionals
Eligibility
You must:
• Be at least 18 years old (or have legal guardian consent)

5. Appointments & Cancellation Policy
